In this Let's Play Savage Lands 2017 video, we continue to explore the giant new island.

Following on from our Monolith hunt going across the island from west to east, we decide the compass is steering us wrong and reorient ourselves to go due north up the island from the Snowmere bridge.

So in this episode of Let's Play Savage Lands 2017, we stumble through more blizzards, completely miss the walled town of dire cows and then stumble across a wasteland of icy fingers, eks, ghuuls and grinfels. And right in the middle, a monolith!

From here we hunt the 2017 monolith's dungeon, which we enter to find an army of icy eks swimming in a freezing lake. It's full of ore nodes, but can we get anywhere near them before freezing to death, or being killed by an eks in Let's play Savage Lands 2017 episode 8?
