Probably 5FireAtk can clear 9* Great Jagras faster if I can execute 2 x Ultimate accurately at its face.

5FireAtk:
High damage, Big numbers, Slow reload, Higher risk as you will need to anticipate perfect dodge/reload.

Recoil3 Reload3:
Faster reloading, Easier to Evade, Lower risk of taking damage due to human error, Save potions. Literally able to walk and fight.
