edit: I felt like I should have added more insight to this build. This is a kinsect build that uses power prolonger, earplugs, and whatever else you feel like is necessary. You need the Vor III kinsect with elemental boost glaive and matching element for the kinsect. You can hold L2 + Triangle to spam damage at a safe range
