Not meant to be an in depth test. Imprecise (messed up with not matching sharpness, higher sharpness is a little slower, so the Hammers are probably the same) and just eyeballing. TLDW: Some moves are faster on PC by a little, some a lot (longsword is significant). PC having more frames per second means the inputs are more lenient as well.
Basically have to test each move, but some are more obvious. This is just a small sample, and some are inconclusive due to human error.
