Update: This trick works and it's using the better [ VP09 ] codec so no more pixelated mess! Sure, it would look better in 4K but my version of Adobe Premiere CS6 can't output 4K 60 fps and limits it to 30 fps hence the reason I record on my PS5 at 1080p 59.94 fps for smoother gameplay footage. If you're interested in learning more about this rendering trick then read the description.
----------------------------------
I'm testing some new Adobe Premiere CS6 settings. The [ AVC1 ] codec has created a pixelated, blurry mess out of my racing videos [ 1080p CBR 50M ] for quite sometime hence the reason I started scaling down my NFS videos to make them look better.

Resolution = 2048 x 1152 16:9 ratio [ upscaled 1080p ]

I used OBS Studio to desktop capture the video via Windows Media Player and upscale it. Scaling the video up in Adobe Premiere adds an additional 3 hours to the process!

Basically, it's suppose to trick YouTube into using the [ VP09 ] codec even though it's only a slightly upscaled 1080p video and not a 1440p.

Hopefully this trick works or it's back to downscaling them which I know works.

I have noticed one thing, if the video gets 2,000 views relatively quickly, YouTube eventually renders a 720p or 1080p video using the [ VP09 ] codec regardless of the number of subscribers your channel has!
