Duckstation is my new favorite PS1 emulator. It's fast even on old PC's. And it can turn those old blocky, blurry graphics of PS1 into clean, crisp HD. Thanks to being able to increase the internal resolution and use something called PGXP. Precision Geometry Transform Pipeline. It will require a decent CPU and graphics card, but it's worth it to see what your setup is capable of.

Display Settings: Vulkan Renderer, Threaded Presentation, VSync
Enhancement Settings: Internal Resolution 9x (for 4K), 8x SSAA, Bilinear Texture Filtering, PGXP all checked except NOT the Depth Buffer due to Low Compatibility.
