The NASCAR Cup Series ended its 2022 regular season with the Coke Zero Sugar 400 at Daytona, a race that originally was scheduled as a Saturday night event. With rain interfering with that however, it was pushed to a 10am start on Sunday morning. One of the first times in a long time that a NASCAR race was scheduled in the morning. How did it go though? How was the racing product? More importantly, did rain affect the outcome? I’ll give you the answers to all three of those. Alright I guess, good actually and yes. Yes it did.
