Morrowind Basics - Hit Chance
56In this shorter guide I'll go more into detail on hit chance & how to optimise it for your first character so you almost never even need to think about it because you'll always be hitting anyway!
*Formula to hit:*
(Weapon Skill + (Agility / 5) + (Luck / 10)) * (0.75 + (0.5 * (Current Fatigue / Maximum Fatigue))) + Fortify Attack Magnitude
*Simplified:*
1. Weapon skill + Agility/5 + Luck/10 = your base hit chance
2. Add 25% to that number if you're at full Fatigue or negative 25% if you're out of Fatigue.
3. If you have any fortify attack effects, those are added on last for your true hit chance
*Extra fact:* Original Morrowind had a glitch where the blind spell would add to your hit chance rather than take it away, this is fixed if you're playing with OpenMW
