Morse COD - Hidden Indie Gems
In this series we explore a new indie game each week made by indie developers on the look out for hidden gems. This week we are sitting down with Morse COD by SeaDads. This is a little Morse code based educational war game set against the creatures of the deep! Created for the 48 Hour Global Game Jam 2018.
Check out this gameplay video where I give my opinion on the fly as we find out if this game deserves to be called a hidden indie gem.
Morse COD stuck out to me as I haven't seen a video game using Morse code like this before, so this is one unique indie game! Defend the beaches against 6 waves of enemies all while using dots and dashes to give orders to your defences. I thought I'd try this one first as it has one half of developers Powerhoof working on this (David Lloyd) known for local multiplayer game Crawl available across console and PC!
