How is Mortal Kombat 11 for fighting game beginners?

NetherRealm Studios are about to release Mortal Kombat 1 (which I am also planning to cover, so subscribe to watch that!). But this 2019 game has so much in it for players to have fun with. I am a fighting game beginner, trying out different games in the genre and sharing my experience.
