I am a fighting game noob (don’t believe me? All the gameplay footage in this video is my own - just watch and see how bad I am!)

And yet for some reason, I am attracted to fighting games. They are just cool and fun.

I see a lot of different games recommended for beginners, but they’re usually recommended by those with a bit more experience - it’s rare to see advice from anyone who played those beginner-friendly fighting games when they were new to the genre themselves.

So that’s what I’ve tried to do here!
