This was played using the Dolphin Emulator and I used an Xbox One controller for it. :)
I also had to change button layouts as Gamecube controls do differ than with PS2 and Xbox.

Beetle Lair is the only location to get the Thoraxe and you have to send the opponent to the lower level. As you can see, both players have infinite health and I'm playing as Smoke by himself with his robot costume, which is his alternate, like in Armageddon. However, he cannon use his special attacks. Smoke as the tag team of "Noob - Smoke" can. By default, when Noob or Smoke are by themselves, the voice of Noob Saibot is by default. So to make Smoke sound like Smoke, you have to disable the code where you play as Smoke by himself and select Noob - Smoke and in game, tag from Noob to Smoke. Then quit the game back to the character selection menu, go to the emulator, selector Cheat Manage from tools and re-enable that code to play as Smoke by himself again. You select any character from the character selection menu and in game, press start to use his robot costume instead of the cyber ninja one with that body effect. Then, in game, Smoke will sound just like himself. Noob Saibot can also sound like Smoke, if he was played by himself without Smoke himself. If they are played by themselves, they cannot use their special moves and their blood is red instead of oil black. Only as Noob - Smoke, can they do so and can the blood be oil black. They don't have their own weapon styles, so that's why my favorite cyborg decided to adapt using Thoraxe and show Noob Saibot his advanced 10 hit combo. It only works when the opponent is near that combo. Otherwise it will be hard to complete the combo. Mostly likely, Noob Saibot's hitbox is so small that it's hard to complete some combos unless they fly all the way to the corner for a last knockdown hit. 40% damage is crazy. Spider to the fly!

Controls: For example, if this was done on Xbox, the combo controls for the Thoraxe, like you see here, is A, A, B, B, A. And while the opponent is in the air, the controls for that advanced combo is A, A, B, B Y. And remember, the combo only connects if the opponent is knocked all the way to the corner for that final uppercut hit and you'll get the 10 hit combo with 40% damage. However, in real gameplay, this is one of the hardest combos to complete because the last hit won't hit the opponent without going to that corner. It can cut off, if some parts of the combo is done on the wall, and it won't complete successfully that way. Beetle Lair is one of my favorite arenas in Mortal Kombat: Deception. Smoke is my favorite cyborg character since Mortal Kombat 3. Thoraxe is a good weapon that's capable of combos. The best arena weapon of them all. Baraka picked it up after Mileena knocked him down to the lower level in the trailer where they were fighting each other in the Beetle Lair. When blades are not enough, Baraka would use the Thoraxe to destroy his opponent.

Action Replay Code to play as Smoke (by himself) with the Dolphin Emulator(or Gamecube version of Mortal Kombat: Deception) with the character modifier.
