Raiden then, about to die once again, by Shao Kahn 's hands this time, sends a message to his past self saying "HE MUST WIN", thus returning the old facts of the first three Mortal Kombat to the new one, but in a different way, trying to avoid the mistakes that would lead to Armageddon.
