The Xbox 360, PS3, and PC versions of Mortal Kombat X appear to now be in the hands of a new foreign studio called Q-loc. All of this is coming after the most recent SteamDB informational page was updated showing the Q-loc team updating files as recent as a few hours ago. Several people have now taken to Reddit and MKX forums to see what's actually going on, and rumor has it that indeed, High Voltage Studios (the original port development team) appears to have been dropped from WB and NetherRealm Studios. This new team has done work in the past with the Street Fighter and DmC series, so many people are approving the transition between the two studios. Not to mention, this may mean that finally, the Xbox 360 and PS3 versions of MKX will FINALLY be released sooner, rather then later with a new studio at the helm. As of now, there's nothing official coming from either parties, but it's all indicating that this rumor is true. Not to mention, High Voltage Studio has now started to filter their social media pages, deleting ANYTHING related to MKX off of their pages and re-directing MKX questions now back to WB and NetherRealm. So, with this new studio coming in the fix the broken and almost unplayable PC version of MKX and possible develop/finish the last generation ports of MKX, what do you all think about this?
