Part 1 (of 2) of the Mortal Shell Deathless Race Tournament, as streamed live on August 29 & 30 2020. Charity tournament raising funds for pancreatic cancer research. Visit https://www.ggsouls.com for more information on the tournament format, runners, and rules.

Over 20 speedrunners and challenge runners competed in this event. Well known runners Distortion2, Squillakilla, FaraazKhan, Kwitty23, BioticNova, GinoMachino, SDShepard, VeryDave, LilAggy, and many others led this amazing cast of competitors. This was the first competitive event in the full version of Mortal Shell, following up on the success of GG League's Mortal Shell Beta Tournament.

Each runner was required to complete Mortal Shell as fast as possible and avoiding any deaths (including shell breaks). The runners with the fastest in-game time (IGT) wins, with each death counting as a 1-minute IGT penalty. The main bracket event was split over (4) groups (A-D), with the four fastest runners advancing to the finals. The prize pool for this event was $1,200. We raised over $7,400 for pancreatic cancer research at PancOne during the event.
