Bloons TD Battles / BTD Battles sellout stream - mortar stall is absolutely useless at this point. Whenever I try using it, it never works properly. First the time where the 4/2 cannon un-stunned the bloons, then this time where it didn't even seem to work at all. I activate the ability and lose a second later, and the sad thing is I can't even see what happened because of the chaos.
