14I don't think there's any community out there that can beat us, S.A.S, the Savage Alliance Slayers on any of the Epic Battleground maps, assuming the numbers are the same on both sides. We don't have any item level, specialization, classes, talents, conduits, soulbinds, legendary requirements what so ever for our team. We let people play what they want to play and have fun doing, we challenge ANY team to WARGAMES, 40v40, let's go, step up to the plate and let's see what you've got!
They totally did not expect us to be waiting for them on the other side of their Tower that they wait at! I dropped a Binding Shot right there and stopped them from pushing into us, and we could hit them up from range. It was a pretty close team fight there, we slowly started killing all of their melee first, and then their ranged til we finally had nothing left but their Healers to drop. We then proceeded to make a couple of mistakes, we called for the Ring of Conquest because the Ancient Artifact was up, but people were killing the Ancient Inferno instead of focusing the ALLY that did indeed come back to the Ring of Conquest and wiped us because of that. Also, we didn't group up large enough to go back into them at the Ring of Conquest to take them out, especially after they had the Ancient Artifact too, but live and learn.
Then there was a lot of running around and waiting, they sat and waited at various locations throughout the match hoping that we would make a move towards them. They did almost bait us into going to the Panther cave, but I was Stealth and could call the cancellation to save some of our lives there! Then we seen that they wanted to get the Ogre and their Tree up, so we posted up at our Mage Tower so we could not only protect Jeron, but also have the high ground and pull the Ogre & Tree to the Mage Tower and easily kill them from range. I was astounded that they just sat there on top of the hill and watched us kill their Tree, granted, we probably would have totally wiped them again, but it was just too funny.
I knew they would not backdoor attempt while we were at our Mage Tower, but we saw a chance to kill their Mage while they were going back to the Ring of Conquest, and we used this opportunity and then quickly headed back to our base, I even used the Town Portal Scroll to get inside with our boss, only to find out that they were trying to do a backdoor attempt. Too bad for them, we had a lot more using the Recall Scroll and a lot in the base to just wipe them there and take an even larger lead!
We were gonna then wait them out again at our Mage Tower, but I noticed the Ancient Artifact was up again, so we went back to the Ring of Conquest to get a second one! Just as we got the Ancient Inferno down and looted the second one, we noticed they were coming back to the Ring of Conquest, and we had two Ancient Artifacts and the high ground, so there was no way they were gonna escape that one alive!
