Here is the MOST OP Minsc Build Guide in Baldur's Gate 3! Minsk starts off as a ranger, but he is technically a berserker barbarian. So I went with a compromise with the wild harp barbarian adding in the bear heart. This gives us resistance to all damage types except psychic, and then also adding in the gloom stock arranger as it is more front loaded, giving us a bunch of offensive tools. Finally, I added in the battle master fighter for the burst damage that you get from that. action surge is such a good skill! The best part about this build is it has a ton of options for damage and can burst down people on turn one, and then you also have your bear heart if you are going to be taking damage in the next turn.
This is really strong!
