विश्व शांति Mostly Hindi Practice ॐ World Peace Through Dharma शांति क्या है? 世界平和を守る
General Rule of Ahimasa: If we practice Sanatana Dharma: we can learn to respect the lives of living beings and stop hunting, slaughtering, and consuming the flesh of animals for food and live holistically. Moreover, we should all demonstrate peace and non-violence towards all human beings of the planet earth and encourage the construction of peaceful existence.
Exceptions to the General Rule Under Law: However, lawful and legitimate service towards worlds peace shall not be at moral odds with ahimsa, where the just and law abiding are engaged against the unlawful in a theatre of legitimate national defense. Therefore, the lawful and legitimate defenders of peace, members of the armed forces and the police forces and state security forces, abiding by the LOAC and all applicable national and international law, do not contradict the principles of non-violence (ahimsa) and world peace while serving the purpose of peace and justice.
Ahimsa cannot mean absolute pacifism. For example, where the police lawfully suppresses unlawful violence, the lawful conduct of officers are not at odds with non-violence and ahimsa. Therefore, Sanatana Dharma is a way of righteousness, where justice overcomes injustice. In epic of the Mahabharata, Lord Krishna implored Arjuna to take up the cause of righteousness.
