Motorstorm Artic Edge is a game that makes a stupendous use of polygons to convey an environment far grander than it really is. The sheer quality of each asset alone is surprisingly high, but it'd all be for nothing if the color pallet, textures and shading couldn't keep up, and they do!
Trully, it looks like a PlayStation 3 era game downscaled to perfection for what is essentially PlayStation 1.5 hardware. What a most spectacular visual splendor this is!
But how about gameplay? It rocks! Fun but challenging, MotorStorm PSP comes with a variety of different vehicles to choose from, from each of its 8 available classes, as well as many tracks to race through, all built around multiple different paths culminating in an unstoppable experience that never gets old.

The game is playable at up to 3x resolution with a few noticeable dips in certain stages.
Gameplay was recorded at 3x for an experience clearer than 2x or 1x.
Texture filtering was turned off, but leaving it on, won't affect the frame rates.
