MOUNT JOSEPHINE TRAIL HIKE | Hidden Gem in Grand Portage, Minnesota | MN North Shore on Lake Superior

Mount Josephine is one of the peaks in the Sawtooth Mountains in Grand Portage, Minnesota! This hike is 2.5 miles roundtrip and I’ll be honest this was a fairly strenuous hike to the top of Mount Josephine. Though it is short, it is steep! It rises about 600 feet in those two miles but the views of Lake Superior, the shoreline, and the mountains were one of the best views in Minnesota! It’s definitely a hidden gem!
