0I want to build my Phase 4 deliverables in an entirely new set of factories extending off to the Eastern part of the world. After quite a lot of contemplating the recipes and juggling numbers, I have come to the conclusion that ...
... planning everything out, then following the plan, is not going to be fun.
So, I am only taking away from the planning that I want to be flying a ton of Drones fueled by Turbofuel, so my first step is to set up some Turbofuel somewhere I can lay hands on 300/m to 600/m crude oil, and 200/m to 400/m Sulfur -- and fetching the Sulfur with Drones, once things are running, will be perfectly fine.
This recording covers getting myself out to the new site, laying out the hard deck, and getting production turned on for Petroleum Coke (via Heavy Oil residue, with a hefty Resin byproduct).
