With One-Core API v3.0.3, it can install and run fine on Windows XP!

All you have to do is set the compatibility to Windows 7 (Service Pack 1) on Firefox/Thunderbird 78 installers and then it will run fine on Windows XP with One-Core API!

Thunderbird 78 can be installed on Windows XP with One-Core API with Windows 7 SP1 compatibility, same thing as Firefox 78, as said above.
