Windows Vista build 5824 was to have been the RTM, but a bug in the OOBE, that leads to a freezing point (if after upgraded from Windows XP), requiring to terminate the OOBE process via command-line tools or Task Manager (do this one or two times).

Previously, it stated that destroyed untold number of computers that were upgraded from Windows XP to Windows Vista build 5824 (requiring to completely reinstall Windows).
