Managed to kill the last red enemy, at the same time as killing a letter enemy. Game glitched and instead of ending the level, I was able to play on and erase the entire screen by digging away without any enemies.
I've never had it happen in 30+ years of playing the game, and this is in an actual arcade, not on a MAME emulator, but a proper cabinet with an original Universal Mr Do! ROM
