In February 2017, MrHyruleGamer released a YouTube video, critical of speedrunning, which lead to relentless bullying, torment, and ultimately his exile from the community. However, this video had a lasting effect, which perhaps changed speedrunning, forever. In *this* video, I take a retrospective look at MrHyruleGamer and the chaos that ensued in the speedrunning community upon release of his video.
