Ms. Splosion Man is a platformer mixed in with puzzles and reflexes. It is a whacky one too. So your Hero Ms. Splosion Man is a (failed?) experiment, a being that can cause explosions, which propells you in the aimed direction.
But you can do this only 3 times, before you need to recharge. Exploding Midair gives you only a small boost, but exploding from a wall gives you a bigger boost and you get the biggest boost from exploding near to a chemical capsule.
As you can hear in the video, Ms. Splosion Man is chattering the whole time, which makes the game more alive. Also i love the different running of standing animations, they could be straight out of a cartoon.
