Mugen #408: Ghosts of the Divine
This stage actually went unannounced and I found it accidentally.
Now, do I have anything against Kasumi? No, not really. I just think she makes a good opponent. Here we have the Kasumi everyone knows of (grafo_maxi's (#400) wasn't all that known for a while), and this one is 3D. The AI could be a lot better. Damage is OK, but her jump kick special is a bit overpowered (only a little). She has two specials from what I can see, a double jump kick and what looks to be an instant kill that can only be used at low life. Now, these kinds of instant kills I let slide; low life, high power cost. Borghi's stuff has this, Hokuto no Ken has this (you have to deplete the opponent's star gauge first). Her voice is also annoying. It's not bad but could be better.
Now this Sanae is brand new (released yesterday). I miss when Frule used Eternal Fighter Zero gameplay, though if this is what Unthinkable Natural Law gameplay is, it translates to mugen better than Immaterial and Missing Power or Scarlet Weather Rhapsody easily. Damage is a bit up there but not always. The fortune slips are if you get very bad luck or very good luck (though probably like that in the source). QCFx2+A (level 2) does a ton if done right against the opponent, QCBx2+A (level 3) does too if it drags the opponent through a long stage. I noticed that if you hit her during QCBx2+B (level 4, only hits air opponents), the light never goes away and basically until the end of the round the opponent can never jump. Other than this, it's pretty fun.
Char used: Sanae Kothiya by Frule

Stage: Haunted Endeavours by EXShadow (stagename typoed as "Haunted Endvours", and advertised as "Ghostly Bridge")
