Mugen - Isabeau (Remake) update WIP

As I promised, I will update all of my old chars. Luckily, Isabeau's code is far more better than Holy Kula's was, so I have less to do. Or at least with her normal mode, because the god mode is a whole different story.
What is done:
- Because a lot of people missed, Incinerator fatal is back!
- Heartseeker attack fixed
- Combo Counter fixed
- Lose state fixed
- AI fixed (especially, the fatals)
- Non-CVS hitsparks are removed.
- Old low-res effects are removed
- Unused effects are removed.
- Dash added (replace teleport in normal mode)
- Corner Push method added
- Prevent Undergound method added
- Victory quotes added (1.0 only)
- Many minor fixes
What needs to be done:
- New god mode (Because the old is incomplete and buggy)
- Even more minor fixes (position, timing, etc.)
