M.U.G.E.N Rina Ogata(me) VS Sailor Mars by Tsukinoai+
1*Requested* Sailor Mars will summon those paper which I don't know what is called to protect herself. They can be destroyed with projectiles and when she has three, she can summon crows to help out. When you're near her she will try to push you away with her fire. If you blocked the fire she becomes wide open for a combo. When she gets knocked down don't do anything and wait for her to get up and use the fire and block it. She will keep doing that on wakeup and she's pretty much dead.

This is Sailor Mars stage but it's small and less space for her but I already beaten her in bigger stages.
This Rina was made by Maruta in 2000 and she's from White Album. She's a three button character and she's not 100% accurate to the source like most mugen characters. Here are the differences.
1. Her standing medium is now a two attack normal. This means her poke which is her second attack will come out slower. This is her best normal to build meter since it's two whiffs instead of one.
2. She can dash forever until she passes through the opponent.
3. She can't guard cancel. This hurts her a lot.
4. The forward forward hard attack has the same animation has the forward attack.
5. Her CD super no longer does the same damage as a normal CD. This is better than the source and it does more damage than Yuki Morikawa's.
6. The level 3 super only takes two meter now and it has a fireball input instead of half circle.
