PRE ALPHA #31 - AGE 4
For this test we decided to be on West Ancient Keep which is the closest to both Pagans and Remnants, a place where multiple battles take place. Early on there were skirmishes and small battles that happened. We also decided to let others lead on sieges, while we support them with both supplies and manpower. Three Temples were built in Ancient Center Keep or "Fort Stairly", which was then under siege by Remnants on following day. They had greater numbers, yet we prevailed. The Remnants managed to bust some of the outer walls (the southern gate and a small piece on west side). After losing multiple catapults and their soldiers decimated, they routed and were then cut down while on the run. Later on a warband of Pagans with supplies tried to do a raid, but were then intercepted by Ancients who defended the keep from Remnants. It was reported that barrels of weapons, armor and caravan full of avatars were confiscated.
9 HOURS SIEGE
Now that we have achieved Cultural Victory, also looted equipment and supplies from both Remnant siege and Pagan warband, we launched a siege at Remnant West Keep, which we achieved our goal and reached their keep after multiple bloody clashes with spears, oilpots burning ones flesh, arrows flying down, boulders descending from walls, pagans doing multiple incursion between our camp and remnant keep. After making a small opening, we threw a massive amount of flasks and torches, for us then to find out that the Remnant Keep is bugged, which makes it invulnerable (unless you use a ram or throw flask from within to what I heard from others). Remnants knew about this information after taking a Pagan Keep early on this test, this bug was also reported during devbranch which was way back before this test. The whole siege took 9 hours. The day when the test is about to end, Remnants tried to siege the last Pagan Keep to achieve Military Victory, which was early on guarded by 2 - 5 Pagans. Ancients then reinforced the Pagans on defense, which held the Remnants out. Remants utilized ladders on inner walls and was infront of the keep, but the test ended.
