1Hey! This is called Multi tasking and how to get it is you have to have a JailBroken iPhone or iPod touch, And you need cydia. The first thing you need to get is Backgrounder. You can find it in the Cydia app store. Next you need to get ProSwitcher. ProSwitcher allows you to switch around and look what is up like i showed in the video.
