I've never fought a Marvin in 1vs1s who knew what they were doing until now. To be honest, I kinda want to learn him to understand his kit and playstyle more because he's seems fun in the right hands. That spaceship seems really good in 1vs1s, because either you destroy it fast enough before the rocket comes out on top of you, or you just run and hope you don't get caught in a setup. I think I have more experience vs Black Adam than Marvin at this point.
