For some reason the Lab won't let me stack perks, so I can't test the stacked reflect version of Clear The Air. The lab needs a update to be honest so we can test stuff better. I was shocked to see the I dodge perk being better overall if you are a aggressive player, but Absorb and Coffee seems better if you are not good at dodging, or hate facing a projectile character. You'd be a major ability junkie if you wanted to run all three though, especially if you were to stack all three as well.
