Starting with a 'before and after' for Muramana, we test the same burst combo (like I say in the video, order may vary because I'm stupid, but damage will be the same) with different items revolving around a bruiser/tank Kassadin build and either Muramana, or Seraph's Embrace.

Of course, Muramana activating on all abilities rather than just auto-attacks is gonna be better than before, but besides that, the hypothesis for me was that Muramana would outdamage Seraph's on all item combos except those involving Luden's.
As seen in the video, this turned out true, for the most part, as Muramana with Luden's was stronger than Seraph's with Ludens actually. When more AP was stacked on, though, with Ludens and Morello, Seraph's took over. Interestingly, the Void Staff Sunfire items with Demonic didn't win against Muramana, but were close enough. It makes more sense to have a Void Staff when you're closer to 90% magic damage than 60% (Muramana does a lot of damage, but you're still majority magic).
