In Season 4, the hand buff Murloc build was already formidable, and it only got stronger in Season 5. Blizzard introduced more overpowered Murlocs to the mix, making them the undisputed top-tier choice, leaving little room for competition. With their Venomous abilities, impressive stats, and the ability to summon buffed minions from their hand, Murlocs have become an almost unbeatable and highly versatile build.
It's time for Blizzard to address this imbalance because, frankly, it's getting quite repetitive and frustrating. I want to keep enjoying the game and exploring new builds, but Murlocs are making it challenging to do so.

Battlegrounds Season 5 is here! Competitors from across Azeroth are gathering in the Tavern for a gladiatorial contest to earn the favor of the Titans and their keepers. With over 30 new minions, 7 opponents, and a slew of new Anomalies to master, the competition has never been fiercer!
New Gameplay System—Anomalies:
Battlegrounds Season 5 introduces a chaotic new seasonal system: Anomalies! Anomalies are game-changing effects that are randomly set at the start of each game. All players in the game get the same Anomaly for that game. Anomaly appearance rates vary, with some more common than others. Some minions, minion types, and heroes won't be offered if a particular Anomaly applies to your game. You'll know your game's Anomaly when you're picking your hero.
Tier 7 Minions:
In this season, Tier 7 Minions are accessible only through Thorim's Hero Power or in games with the Secrets of Norgannon Anomaly. When the Secrets of Norgannon Anomaly is active, Tier 7 minions can be accessed through various means, such as upgrading the Tavern, getting triples, Patient Scout, etc. When Tier 7 is active, there are five copies of each Tier 7 minion in the game's minion pool.
