Mushroom Disco Library with Camera Angle Toggling Goodness
11Sorta kinda game project I'm working on for someone else. Not enough of the main mechanics are in right now to actually reflect the intended game idea, but primarily I was just working on and off on the environment (a library, hopefully obvious enough) and some very tiny scripting stuff. The newest thing I experimented with is the ability to toggle your camera angle from a free-looking first person perspective to a vertically locked top-down perspective you can rotate the view around the Y axis but nothing else, as is standard for your average top-down perspective, would be interesting to mess with how you could control the actual position of the camera, maybe via activating position change animations with key inputs, but for now this is at least a first foray into camera control manipulation, which is kinda neat. All it takes is activating one camera and deactivating the other.
Also there is no reason for the mushroom disco, but I don't want to take it out because it's mine and I made it so there.
I'm really bad at this stuff I should give up.
P.S. You can jump in top-down I don't know why but I want to clarify since I didn't jump while in top-down mode so in case you thought you couldn't for some reason you can I don't know.
