Reveal-o-Vision aka Lens of Truth aka They Live Sunglasses Experiment

I to turn the vision mode on, O to turn it off, again, I'm bad at scripting, thus the separate activate/deactivate buttons. Another issue is the lack of animation with the alternate models. There's a way around this but it's tedious and not necessary to test the concept, at least not for now. If I actually wanted dynamic characters who animated and walked around but had different meshes I'd have to tackle it but I'm not nearly at that level of complexity yet (though I'd like to be at some point, sorta, I guess).

Had this idea based off of a weird dream I had last night, as well as stuff like the Lens of Truth from Ocarina of Time (in particular during the Shadow Temple) and the sunglasses from They Live, this scene in particular: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JI8AMRbqY6w

The dream itself was strange, I was in a field standing next to a large oak tree with a bunch of other normal people. Falcor (yes the wish dragon from Neverending Story, no I don't know why) was suddenly flying around in the air and I took out my phone to get a picture of him. After a while of failing to do so since he was flying by so quickly, I noticed through my phone's viewport that some of the people around me were in fact not people at all, but strange creatures, one was a fire elemental, one was some strange blob-like monstrosity with tendrils and a melty pizza-looking face, and there was even a goblin couple who had taken the bodies of a human couple (in the dream the disguises the creatures wore were taken from humans they had captured and trapped in their world, for some reason this didn't scare me as much as it should've). After a while our tour guide appeared and revealed a path into the tree, which I guess was a portal into the monster world.

After that point things are pretty hazy, but that was the general idea of the dream and what made me want to experiment with this idea of revealing true forms of creatures or even hidden paths, it's a neat mechanic to work with. Just questionable what would make it engaging or consequential and limited in use so you don't keep it on all the time, aside from the pain-inducing bright pink light I have activated whenever you turn it on. Any thoughts on it?
