Anyone who was on my channel in 2013 (WOW THAT WAS LONG AGO) would remember my daily "hype" series for Smash called "Music to Smash to" - you can watch it here: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL9k52nBSHCyp2r9pzew97F-NsexmFBwcl.

Well, with Smash back, and coming to the Switch, I've decided to revive this series as a weekly one as not to flood people's sub boxes. The way it works is simple - I pick a series and choose 7 songs from it that I want in Smash Switch (be it the original, or the remix). After the 7th, there is a crossover song from another game series that has ties with Smash by company that could go onto the stage.

Until we know the stages, I'll just use screenshots of some examples of what the stages could be. It's pretty nebulous for now, but it'll get clearer with time!

Metroid will certainly be represented in Smash for Switch, and I really hope we get a "surface" style stage this time! We've had enough caverns and ships. As for the crossover song... Konami IS pushing THAT SERIES now, and they already have ties to Smash, so it IS possible!
