Dhalsim can use his far jump light kick to hit opponents at ranges they can't hit him. I feel it's similar to Magneto's jump LK just slower but with greater reach. You can use it to poke, punish, catch the opponent lacking, during their air dash or approach, or against a flying Sentinel.
