MvC2: Invuln Button Still Works In Collection (CONTEXT IN DESCRIPTION)
15CONTEXT:
In MvC2, pressing a button on the first frame of wakeup will give that button a single frame of invulnerability, this allows for a lot of in theory roll cancel like scenarios where you buffer the motion of the special or move you want to do, and use the 1f of invuln to kara cancel into it (let's say, stHK into DP+HP, you'd do DP, return to neutral, piano HK~HP within a frame of each other), and maybe ways to get out of unblockable
there's limitations: you CANNOT hold a direction to trigger this, so every button has to be neutral
