This combo is absolutely silly. Not very practical (though comboing into a Level 3 and then a Level 1 is pretty viable!) but it definitely looks sweet! The only real tricks here are the jump-cancel of the S into DP+PP (Level 3) and then making sure you build enough meter for the 6th bar (allowing you to do the second Level 3).
