I like this combo simply because it looks funny. Decent damage mid-screen... but it requires a full power-up! The real trick here is jump-cancelling the stand S so you can do QCB+H (the Rain) and hit them with a ton of meteors off the launch! Oh, and don't forget to delay the DP+PP (Level 3) when you land so it doesn't pass under the bounce!
