Just to clarify, this IS NOT online gameplay of infected, it was from an open lobby. It is a discussion that can benefit IW in their process of making infected an online game mode. All hate will be neglected for obvious reasons :)

If playing infected online doesn't affect KDR and W/L ratios (along with streaks), doesn't affect ANY challenges, and can only allow you to gain a certain amount of XP (score cap), it should be playable online.

I know IW will still have to deal with strike packages, weapons, and perks to be used in the game mode, however their biggest concern with making this an online game mode is player stats and boosting. The things I mentioned deal with these problems, now they are simply left with choices of preference IF they decide to bring this awesome private match only alternate game mode to the online community playlist :)
