THIS PAST TUESDAY NIGHT ON RAW IS WAR: “The Rated R Superstar” Edge challenged Stone Cold Steve Austin for the WWE Championship (Smoking Skull)! Soon afterward, Stone Cold was ambushed by Jake “The Snake” Roberts and The Undertaker '91 as Roberts shouted how he should be the rightful challenger to Austin's title and how with the power of The Undertaker '91's urn at his command, “The Rattlesnake” should have plenty to be fearful about. However, at that point Edge would make the save, prompting a tag team bout that saw Edge get the pin over Roberts!
EARLIER TONIGHT: Jake “The Snake” Roberts (with The Undertaker '91 in tow) approaches “The Million Dollar Man” Ted DiBiase, the man who introduced “The Dead Man” to the WWE Universe, about joining forces tonight. DiBiase thinks that a deal of mutual gain could be reached and accepts Jake's offer.
