Color me impressed. Don't get me wrong: It's not perfect, but the Karate Champ Micro Arcade is definitely one of the better built mini's out there... But it comes at a price.... Unboxing comments and gameplay.
The usual corrections:
1) Stephan M informed me that the NES version did indeed have the voiceovers. I checked the Famicom Disk version and they both do so no getting one over on ya. The C=64 version has no voiceover -- and that would have been the home conversion I was playing in the 80's. My mistake!
2) I also fail to mention that the original Karate Champ had 2 joysticks.
