I hope Bioware fixes this soon. The only Shepards that work for me are the ones I have that look like default dude shepard and as shown I haven't finished all the DLC/sidequests for those two yet, and even though it lets me import the characters that have finished the campaign none of their custom faces are carrying over for whatever reason.

The two I have finished everything with (male vangaurd and female engineer) import but their faces also don't carry over. I've patiently waited for Mass Effect 3 so I can patiently wait more to play through with my custom shepards. Until then I'll finish up my Mass Effect 2 characters.
