My experience working for Don Logan and the Entertainment/Sports Industry in Vegas
5Last Fall, I had three out of four interviews for full-time employment at my now-old job, where I had worked for almost three years part-time. I applied in August but didn't get an interview until October the next one was a month later. and the third one was in December. Only to be denied two weeks later. This was my fourth try together, I had the most hours out of 95 part-timers working morning shifts/second shifts and overnights during that time. I found it extremely hard to find room to grow there and fit in because of how cliquey and political at times it was with certain people on the full-time staff and management. I was also sick of being talked down to by people within the department and outside of the department, I was treated the same way for almost three years it damn near killed me. Now I am back in the warehouse life because I wasn't a "Leader" or showed "Dedication"
