My First Copyright Strike [Twice!] - Why it's so Serious/Channel Update for Streaming
7Oof. Oof is all I can simply say right now you guys. Yes, I have gotten my first copyright strike ever (not once, but twice!). This is actually more serious than many people realize and on top of that, I can not live stream for 3 months until it clears up and I can get my channel taken down if something else is striked. I have already filed both counter notifications as I believe I am within fair use of criticism, commentary, and review but I can only wait to see what happens and if YouTube accepts it. I NEVER intended to infringe on this company and I can only hope nothing else happens that might potentially be more serious. I really didn't want to make this video, but I want to let y'all know what's going on...

My current schedule is one video a week either on Sunday or Wednesday (between 2-4 p.m. CST). During times where I am on break, I probably will do at least 2 then. If I livestream, I will generally livestream on Fridays at/around 6-8 p.m (I'll notify y'all in advanced) CST unless I say otherwise. Livestreams might take the place of a video if I'm extremely busy or unable to produce a video.
I do not intend to violate any copyrighted content/infringe upon anything that I do not own. I try to give credit as much as possible, but please contact me via email if I used something of yours and did not give credit for it. I will be more than happy to either give you the deserved credit or even pull the video entirely and resolve the issue if necessary.

Primarily OBS. I previously did record console gameplay solely with Elgato's game capture & used OBS for PC gaming & streaming, but now I'm using OBS for everything as the Elgato takes too long to render raw files & convert them. PC is able to record & stream in 1080p60fps with the right settings.

"What do you use for your facecam?'
I use a Logitech - C922 Pro Stream Webcam. Kinda annoying you have to reset the settings each and every time you open a recording software, but the quality is great!
"What do you use to record your audio?"

(Still works great for a Yeti despite being a vid for the Snowball).
"Where did you get the layouts for your streams?"
I actually made them myself in OBS and I just copy-paste the foundation. Of course, I did not make the images seen, but I put it all together. It usually takes a few hours to prepare nonetheless. Streamlabs also helps with notifications that popup on the screen as well as recent subscribers.

I use VLC & download YouTube videos with the music in them. DO NOT DOWNLOAD COPYRIGHTED MUSIC!
