It's time to dust off your hammer - House Flipper is back in a brand-new fashion! Buy and renovate run-down houses! Or maybe you want to build new ones? Now you can! Start as a rookie Flipper and make a fortune by helping out the community of the charming town of Pinnacove.

This is the House Flipper 2 Demo. I am super excited about this game! There are new mechanics that are introduced that make everything feel much more immersive! Also the visuals are fantastic as well. I tried my best showcasing off a little of everything and of course I'll have a better chance at showing more when the game launches! I love the copy tool as well as the new way of cleaning and building / breaking down walls. Essentially everything was awesome and it could use a couple tweaks and improvments but I think it will be another great game! Hope you enjoy and remember to change the world One Smile At A Time :)

NOTE: I recorded over two hours of content but was able to shave off an hour to hopefully show the important stuff! Hope you enjoy!
